The Fur Inn Cattery is one of only a small number of places in Warwickshire that looks after small animals.
Alison (the owner) attended the Morton Morrell College covering "First Aid for Small Animals." She has owned and cared for the littler animals since she was young and understands the importance of regular interaction with all animals.
A purpose built wooden chalet houses the smaller cages which vary with plastic indoor cages and wooden hutches, where there is a separate bed area for the more timid clients. All holiday homes sit on shelves to ensure warmth. The chalet is heated when necessary. A large front door houses a meshed gate to allow fresh air to get in and keep intruders out. All bedding, hay and regular fresh fruit and veg are provided in the daily rate.
Please provide sufficient dried food to ensure your pets diet is unchanged and less likely to cause stress.
Rabbits need to have an up to date myxomatosis vaccination certificate to board. Litter trays are available for use.
Birds, hamster, gerbils and mice are normally kept in the house to ensure regular interaction with other family members. Medication is administered when necessary.
